Exchange & Refund Policy – Parishay

At Parishay, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our exchange and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

30-Day Easy Exchange & Refund Policy (Pakistan Orders Only)

We offer a 30-day exchange and refund window from the date you receive your order, subject to the following conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
  • Exchange or refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

2. Exchanges & Refunds Based on Liking / Disliking or Customer Size Selection

If you wish to request an exchange or refund due to:

  • Personal preference (liking/disliking or style choice), or
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer at the time of ordering

Then:

  • Courier postage will be borne by the customer.
  • Once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse:
    • Exchange items will be dispatched (subject to availability), or
    • Refunds will be processed within 4–5 working days.

3. Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect, or Size Issues from Our End

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or does not match the size ordered due to an error from our end:

  • Parishay will cover all courier charges.
  • Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear images or videos as proof.
  • After verification, a replacement will be dispatched or a refund will be processed, as preferred.

4. Exchange Dispatch Timeline

  • Exchange orders are processed only after the original item is received at our warehouse.
  • Dispatch timelines may vary depending on product availability.

5. International Orders

  • For international orders, exchanges or refunds are only applicable in case of faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • No exchanges or refunds will be accepted for liking/disliking or incorrect size selected by the customer.
  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper evidence.

6. Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance may not be eligible unless faulty.
  • Customized or altered items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

7. How to Request an Exchange or Refund

Please contact our customer support team with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for exchange or refund
  • Images or videos (if applicable)

Parishay reserves the right to approve or reject any request that does not meet the above conditions.
